The Salt Lake Valley Institute is focused on providing an amazing institute experience for students of all backgrounds and abilities, especially those with adaptive educational needs.
Our purpose is to help youth and young adults deepen their conversion to Jesus Christ and His restored gospel, qualify for the blessings of the temple, and prepare themselves, their families, and others for eternal life with their Father in Heaven.

How can we help?
Institute Classes
We provide classes for students ages 18-35, that focus on our Savior Jesus Christ (and our Continuing Ed classes are open to students of ALL ages!) Our students have diverse abilities and challenges but each desires to have a better relationship with the Savior.

Leadership Experiences
Our leadership classes and other service opportunities allow students to develop skills in organization, management, and activity planning.

Events and Activities
Each month students from the greater Salt Lake Valley gather for Institute events and activities to learn and socialize with friends.

Institute Choir and Performances
Our Students love music, and their lives are filled with it. Come join us as a member of our choir classes, or come watch our semi-annual choir concerts with students from all over the valley.
